Tips to Improve your Deadlift
When I work with clients one of the Fundamental movements I teach is the deadlift. But, and this is a big but, not everyone is ready to start with a barbell.
To help condition the muscles, ligaments and tendons, i.e. the clients structure, while working with the central nervous system (CNS), i.e. clients skill. I will use novel exercises that look like deadlifts but use targets and cones, to achieve the clients goal.
In this video you can see my client Jim using a ViPR, Cones and the Faster Hub. We are using this in a low volume week to improve his skill. The improvement in his movement quality should provide the base for him to achieve a new deadlift PB.
